Our Local Development Officer from South Dublin County Council David Morrissey was a presenter at the EPAH conference in Barcelona on 15th and 16th of October.

David and his colleague Grainne Meehan have been working on an Energy Use in the Home Initiative within the Clondalkin and Tallaght Sláintecare Healthy Communities areas. The project has been running for just over  a year at this stage and David explained the successful basis for the project, the collaborative approach taken with the people in their communities as well as partners.

EPAH is a European Commission initiative whose objective is to eradicate energy poverty and accelerate the just energy transition of European local governments
