Healthy Meath Project is a Finalist in Irish Life Sciences Awards 2024

The County Meath Chronic Disease Risk Manangment Programme is a finalist in the Irish Life Science Awards 2024 which will held on 15th July 2024.

This initiative saw Healthy Meath and our Coordinator Dr Aisling O’Donnell collaborate with Roche Diagnostics and the Irish Pharmacy Union to create a community chronic disease risk management programme. Details of the project can be found here
