European Public Health Week 2024 takes place from May 13th and 17th
The European Public Health Association (EUPHA) is an international, multidisciplinary, scientific organisation which seeks to improve health and well-being and reduce health inequalities for all Europeans.
This year’s European Public Health Week (EUPHW) takes place between May 13th and 17th with specific daily themes:
- Monday, May 13th: Health is a political choice: Starting the discussion
- Tuesday, May 14th: Mental health: People at the centre
- Wednesday, May 15th: Planetary health: A glocal approach
- Thursday, May 16th: Health through the life course: Breaking down silos
- Friday, May 17th: Next generation: Public health of today and tomorrow
Each day kicks off with a webinar focussing on the theme for that day. Healthy Ireland Local Government are delighted to support and promote this event.
